I absolutely love having some go-to workouts to do when I’m either short on time or traveling that require no equipment. This is one of those workouts that I keep in my back pocket for those times! This burpee squat battle workout definitely does not disappoint in any of those requirements for a back-pocket exercise!

This workout really gets your heart rate up and also keeps things interesting so time flies even though you are only doing two different exercises.

This is a workout for time so you want to do it as fast as possible with good form. Complete the entire thing 1 time through rest for 1-2 minutes and then repeat a second time. If you are really feeling badass then do it a 3rd time!
