  • ⅓ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ - 1 scoop favorite protein (my fav is my superfood shakeology mix)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ice to taste
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
