My Week in Workouts | 2018-3

Last week I was really on point with my strength workouts. This week running went a little better than the strength did. Hopefully next week I can get it all together and be on point the whole week with both!!

We went to Kansas City for the day yesterday to furniture shop for baby. Funny thing, we drove 2 1/2 hours one way to go shopping for furniture and we only bought one thing…..

A giant stuffed toothbrush for my sister that is a dentist….. I walked around the Ikea marketplace with this thing!

A Week in Workouts

Monday: Rest day! I was feeling pretty sore and worn out still from my longer run on Sunday.

Tuesday: Run 25 minutes. 3 minute run 1 minute walk intervals. 2 miles total.

This run on the treadmill felt great. It was the best I’ve felt on a run in a while.

Wednesday: Full Body Strength

Exercise Sets Reps
DB Chest Flys 3 12
DB Reverse Grip Bent Over Row 3 12
DB Curtsy Lunge 3 12
RB Shoulder Press 3 12
DB Goblet Squat 3 12
Plank 2 20 Seconds

Thursday: Run 25 minutes. 3 Minute run 1 minute walk intervals. 2 Miles total.

Still feeling good on these runs and ready to bump up the ratio a little next week.!

We decided to take an impromptu trip to Kansas City today and instead of running we walked and walked and walked around Ikea and Nebraska furniture mart. It was a successful trip though, we found the crib and dresser we wanted as well as my rocking chair!!
