Vanilla Raspberry Shake

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- ¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ - 1 scoop favorite protein (my fav is my superfood shakeology mix)
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ice to taste
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend and enjoy!
